Daikon radish contains many vitamins and minerals and has significant antiseptic properties. It supports digestion and the overall immune system. Compared to smaller microgreen species, it has a significantly more abundant growth. Thanks to its easily recognizable and very distinctive taste reminiscent of grown radish, it can be used in all types of dishes. It is perfect, for example, with egg dishes.
